All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or message.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event or order fulfillment.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or Square.
Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or extreme weather), we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
Pre-twisted balloon orders require at least 7 days’ notice.
Rush orders may be possible with at least 1 day's notice at a premium.
Custom orders may require extra lead time depending on complexity.
Due to the nature of balloons, slight variations may occur in designs.
We aim to provide a fun and engaging experience; however, supervision of children is the responsibility of the event organiser.
Balloon twisting requires a safe and suitable workspace—please ensure space is available upon arrival.
We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions related to latex balloons.
We are not liable for any damage to property caused by balloon twisting or balloon products after delivery.
Once balloons have been delivered, the care and handling are the responsibility of the client.
